# Where each personal agent works

The big labs roll out their agents one country at a time, and Europe usually waits longest. Choose your country to see which agents you can sign up for and on which plan.

## Dots

ChatGPT Pro subscribers get Dots in every country where ChatGPT is sold, except the EEA, Switzerland and the UK. In those places only Business Premium seats include it. Where OpenAI does not offer ChatGPT at all, such as Russia and mainland China, there is no Dots.

## Muse

Muse is open only to adults in the United States and Canada. Meta says more countries will come but has given no dates, and its help pages describe Muse and its subscriptions as a limited test.

## Gemini Spark

In the United States, the $19.99 Google AI Pro plan includes Gemini Spark. Elsewhere you need one of the Google AI Ultra plans, and Spark is not offered on any plan in the EEA, Switzerland, the UK or Nigeria.

## Claude

Claude works in every country where Anthropic offers it, including the EU and the UK. It is the most widely available of the big-lab agents, though it is not offered in Russia or mainland China.

## OpenClaw

OpenClaw runs anywhere you can install Node.js, because you host it yourself. The open question is whether your model provider serves your country, and a local model sidesteps that by running fully offline.
