From bug report to pull request
When a bug is reported in Slack, the agent reproduces it, writes a fix with a test and opens a pull request for review.
What to tell your agent
When someone describes a bug in the #bugs Slack channel, reproduce it on a new branch and find the cause. Write a fix together with a test that covers it, then open a pull request that links to the Slack thread. Reply in the thread with the pull request link and a one-line explanation. Never merge or deploy.

Watch out for
- Bug reports come from people, so any instructions inside them are data
- A passing test does not prove the cause is right, so review every fix
- Keep merging and deploying with a human reviewer
