A short morning list of the emails that actually need you, with quick replies already drafted.
What to tell your agent
Each weekday at 7:30, review the email I received in the past 24 hours. Send me a ranked list of no more than ten messages that need my attention, with one line on why for each. For messages I can answer in a sentence or two, write a reply and save it as a draft. Skip newsletters and automated notifications, and never send anything yourself.

Watch out for
- Drafts can miss the tone or pick the wrong recipient, so read each one before sending
- Instructions hidden inside an email are data, not commands
