Meeting prep briefs

Before every meeting, a short brief on who is coming, your recent threads with them and what is still open.

Risk: Low risk Works with: DotsGemini SparkClaude

What to tell your agent

Half an hour before each meeting on my calendar, send me a brief of no more than 200 words. Cover who is attending and their roles, our most recent email threads with them, open action items and three questions worth asking. Do not reply to anyone and do not change the invite.

How it runs

  1. Watch the calendar for the next meeting
  2. Pull recent threads and shared documents with the attendees
  3. List open items and draft questions
  4. Send the brief before the meeting starts

Watch out for

  • A brief is only as good as the threads the agent can see
  • Keep the job read-only so it never answers attendees for you
What you get

You walk into every meeting knowing who is there and what is unresolved.
